CDL Equipment Operator – Excavation & Septic (Sioux Falls)

$24–$32/hr + 401k | Full-Time | Year-Round Work

A1 Pumping & Excavating is growing and looking for a reliable Equipment Operator to join our team.

If you’re tired of being just another number and want to work with a small crew where your work actually matters, this is it.

What You’ll Do

• Operate excavators, skid loaders, and backhoes
• Dig, grade, trench, and prep sites
• Assist with septic system installs and repairs
• Haul equipment and materials (CDL required)
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance
• Work with a tight crew to get jobs done right

What We’re Looking For

• CDL (Class A preferred)
• Equipment experience (excavator a big plus)
• Shows up, works hard, and gets it done
• Willing to jump in and help where needed

What You Get

• $24–$32/hr depending on experience
